5. User Data
A. The IFMC, Inc. dba IFMC Consultants Website may now or in the future permit the submission of any media content, including but not limited to text, audio, video or other communications submitted by you and other users ("User Data ") and the hosting, sharing, and/or publishing of such User Data. You understand that whether or not such User Data are published, IFMC, Inc. dba IFMC Consultants does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any submissions.
B. You shall be solely responsible for your own User Data and the consequences of posting or publishing them. IFMC, Inc. dba IFMC Consultants does not endorse any User Data or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and IFMC, Inc. dba IFMC Consultants expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with User Data. IFMC, Inc. dba IFMC Consultants does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on the Website, and IFMC, Inc. dba IFMC Consultants will remove all Content and User Data if properly notified that such Content or User Data infringes on another's intellectual property rights. IFMC, Inc. dba IFMC Consultants reserves the right to remove Content and User Data without prior notice. IFMC, Inc. dba IFMC Consultants will also terminate a User's access to the Website, if they are determined to be a repeat infringer. A repeat infringer is a User who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had a User Data removed from the Website more than twice. D. (ii) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site;
(iii) Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material;
(iv) Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail;
